Vegetarian Pasta Bowl

This is a super easy pasta dish that’s quick to make and delicious! It’s perfect for meal-prepping as the leftovers can be frozen. It’s ideal for students and large families.

Methods

  1. Cook the pasta, following the instructions on the packet.

  2. Wash and chop your mushrooms.

  3. Once the pasta is cooked, add your sauce and stir.

  4. Add your beans, mushrooms, sweetcorn, roast tender strips, and stir.

  5. Let it all cook through, 3-5 minutes.

  6. Spoon a portion into a bowl and top off with crispy fried onions. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 400g fusilli pasta

  • 500g tomato and herb pasta sauce

  • 140g sweetcorn

  • 240g mixed beans

  • 100g baby button mushrooms

  • Naked Glory roast tender strips

  • Sprinkle of crispy fried onions

  • Salt and pepper to taste
