Hello, I’m Magda! I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a BSc in Nutrition and Health from Roehampton University.
On my website, you can find my blog where I write about various aspects of health and my recipes page where I get creative exploring food and meals inspired by the diversity of culture.
I also offer 1-2-1 consultations for anyone seeking guidance in their journey with their health and relationship with food. A lot of diets take power and choice away from an individual. I aim to empower you to make your choices without negative feelings.

Food. We eat every day. We need it to both survive and thrive. For some, it’s an overlooked part of their day, for others, a consuming struggle and source of anxiety.
I believe everyone deserves autonomy over their food and the confidence to stand by their choices. The wellness, fitness and media spaces are so loud with their ideas on what you should or should not eat that it can be so hard to hear and actively listen to our own bodies.
