Hello, I’m Magda! I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a BSc in Nutrition and Health from Roehampton University.

I also offer 1-2-1 consultations for anyone seeking guidance in their journey with their health and relationship with food. A lot of diets take power and choice away from an individual. I aim to empower you to make your choices without negative feelings.
